Back in 2001 we opened under the name Warrensburg Collision, a family owned business serving the local community in Warrensburg, MO.
Over the first ten years, we learned what worked, what didn’t, and how to offer the best service possible for our local clients. In order to grow our small family business, we pushed ourselves to be better, to gain more knowledge, to learn new technology and to become OEM certified technicians for every make of car we service.
Becoming the go-to auto body repair shop.
We dedicated ourselves to getting better every day with small improvements that added up to big change.
And before long, we had become the leading auto body repair shop in our region. That’s when we realized it was time to dream bigger. In 2021 we changed our name to Collision Leaders, setting our sights on expanding beyond Johnson County, MO.

OEM Certified
Repairs by our OEM Certified trained technicians are done to the specs of the manufacturer. And our training doesn’t just stop at repairs, we train our certified collision repair professionals in customer service too.
OE Repairs
We’re the only ones in our area to use OE, Original Equipment in repairs – that means no knock off parts- and that equals to a safe repair with the same quality as the manufacturer.

To provide you with added protection, your warranty is also registered with the Automotive Customer Relations Bureau (www.theacrb.com), an independent consumer protection organization. The Bureau functions as a consumer watchdog entity and customer experience evaluator for the collision repair industry.
Community is our calling.
With our first shop in Warrensburg, we realized that we didn’t just work in the community—we were a part of it.
So we did our part to help it flourish, from sponsoring local athletic teams, to joining the Chamber of Commerce, to raising money for ALS. As we move to new towns, we will always give back to those around us. We will never be too big to lend a helping hand.
